This is a site plan and renderings of the proposed development on the southwest corner of Sunset Blvd and Barrington Ave.

The plan is for 14 condominiums and 13,000 square feet of retail space. The complex will have underground parking in excess of what is required to accommodate parking for the adjacent stores. The structures comply with the basic building codes with respect to size, height and parking and are being developed by the family that owned the Texaco Station.
