The Brentwood Homeowners Association has filed with the Supreme Court a statement in support of the legal action taken by the City of Boise, Idaho, which is

pursuing a determination which will allow them to enforce laws related to encampments, vagrancy and other public safety concerns. The BHA joined the

Brentwood Community Council, Pacific Palisades, the City and County of Los Angeles as well as jurisdictions across the country who seek clarity for law

enforcement and public ordinances.
