Beware Of Imposters
Members have recently reported men entering their property and when confronted, identifying themselves as DWP utility workers inspecting the property about future work on easements. However, these men on multiple occasions have declined to produce proper identification and leave. Legitimate utility workers will always be polite and provide proper identification and will rarely enter your property without permission when you are home.
If someone suspicious is on your property, this is cause to call 9-1-1, as the circumstances of burglaries are always changing. You can help your neighbors by reporting to us later the facts of the incident so we may alert others.
Better safe than sorry.
