The following is the official comment letter submitted June 12, 2018 on the Mount St Mary's University Draft Environmental Impact Report.

The letter was a joint effort by the Brentwood Homeowners Association and the Brentwood Community Council and involved hundreds of hours of collective review and analysis by board members and expert consultants.
